Collections

Documenting and archiving Windrush history and popular culture.

Archives and collections are an important part of NWM. We are constantly seeking to acquire important documents, photographs, artworks, objects and products of historical significance. We are interested in collecting representations of tangible and intangible history. We research and exhibit traditional and modern cultures. Our curators are particularly interested in documenting Windrush popular culture, music, fashion, visual arts, photography and have commissioned artists and designers for our collections/exhibitions.
